Christmas present from your team?Did you get a late christmas present from your team today? In other words did they win?
Well im so proud of Derby, last time we played the reds we were humiliated this time we were robbed.
I wont go into all the details, as im sure you dont want to hear another footy fans moans, but we got it to 1-1, had a 30 minute period where we were 'all over them' giles barnes missed the sitter of all sitters. we had a free kick which wasnt given then they went straight down the other end and scored a dubious goal.
oh well. but the lads played awesome. so merry crimbo from the rams.

Aberdeen put in a woeful performance against Gretna........drawing 1v1, pretty embarrassing.
Nevermind still enjoying watching the highlights of Aberdeen v Copenhagen over and over and over again.

We (Southend United) drew today. We're not doing too bad in the league. After selling our main striker (Freddy Eastwood) I thought we would be mid-table at best, but we've been in the playoffs for most of the season and only just dropped out these last couple of fixtures

Not too sure what i can classify as a present from Liverpool but i suppose the banging in of the goals for fun from Torres recently is good enough.
I'll also accept the 4-1 victory over Portsmouth as an early Crimbo present.

If by Christmas present you mean a great big steaming pile of shite then the Boro certainly delivered. A team bereft of ideas and a manager without a clue. They're a club with relegation written all over them.

I thought Manutd beating Liverpool was my birthday present and Xmas combined, i guess being top of the league is a belated xmas present with beating Liverpool an early birthday present. Now Manutd give me an exam present, if theres such thing, and go on a further winning streak cermenting the position at the top.

A 5-1 defeat to Tottenham wasent really that good. I guess you could call Clint Dempsey's goal a present but that would really be desperation kicking in there. I think we are going down this season.
