In 2008 I definitely want to travel a bit more, go on a few holidays and see some new places. In 2007, I made it to Prague, but didn't go anywhere else, even though I really wanted to. So, where have you been in 2007, and where are you planning on going in 2008? Give us feedback on the places you visited, and we might get some ideas!

Does anyone have any holidays plans made for 2008 already?

Last summer i went to carcassone and perpignan, Carcassone was nice but i really can't understand what the attraction of perpignan is.

I think i'm going to brussels from 15 of feb. to the 18th.

I went to Cyprus twice however my family does that every year, but it sort of made me feel older because I went by myself. The first time I went was because of cousins laughing at me the second was for one person perhaps. Either way both times were good.

I went all over Cyprus because family is everywhere, mainly though I stayed at Nicosia where my aunt lives was ok.

People should visit Agia Napa…Night life pretty amazing there.

I ALWAYS ALWAYS want to go and see the Northern Lights, doubt it will be in 2008 though.

I also want to go to Italy or Germany, I know quite a few people who have gone to Dubai they also said its good.

As for this years holidays my family were planning on going to Cyprus but Im not sure I really want to go.

I didn't get away this year, but I'm hoping to go to Turkey again. I had such a fab time last time I was there.

I went to Paris and a Southern Italian resort called Maiori. Paris wasent that spectacular. There are some parts that are mindblowing like the Eiffel Tower but the transport is disgusting-the smell on the Metro is foul! Mairi was lovely and I climbed Vesuvius!

Not sure where im going this year-Hopefully Canada!

Had a quiet 2007 but am hoping that we can save enough for a holiday in Australia at the end of 2008. That's what I'm working towards anyway. If that does not happen then I would like to go to South Africa or Mauritius. Hmmmmmm.

I went to Portugal in June and it was very good. Don't think I'll be able to travel this year because I'll be in college until May and then I'll probably have to work all summer but I'd love to go somewhere, even if its only for a week.

We didnt go on holiday last year but we did do days out and got to take Cara to Warwick for the weekend to the castle. It rained but it was still an excellent day.

My parents-in-law have a canal boat which we are going on for a week in feb and we have booked to take the children to Haven in Berwick in August.
