Happy New Year everyone!We're going to have a few drinks here and then go along to a friends house party for a while, so I won't be on DL to ring in the New Year. (I wonder if anyone will post at Midnight...), so Happy New Year to everyone! Hope you all have a good night!

^We are staying in, we haven't gone out on New Years Eve for some time now as it is usually difficult to get taxis and now we have Katie. We usually have some wine and watch Jools Holland's annual Hootenay.

^ Yeah, getting taxis is impossible on NYE unless you book ahead. I had to walk home one year! I think we're going to have a big night out next weekend instead of going overboard tonight!

I'm sooooooooooooooooo tired!! Spent last night round at my mates eating drinking and doing a bit of jokie. It was a mint night and we had a right laugh. We let fireworks off at midnight in her garden and kept singing at the tops of our voices!! I went to bed waaaaaaaaay too late as you can tell by the post I left up there ^^. Got to go back to work tomorrow too, bleh, so I reckon I don't think I'll be up for much longer ha ha!

I went to a black tie Gala Ball at the Newcastle Hilton and I'm afraid I drank a little too much and may have breakdanced in my tux

^ That sounds like fun funky! Happy New Year to everyone. NYE was rough for me, I only made it to 1:30 and then the shots started to catch up with me. I started at 3 mind but it was still a poor performance.

just kidding - there's no way I could keep going for that long if I was drinking shots. As a rule, I don't really drink shots as it always ends in tears...or passing out...

^ Yes oops the shots did it. I was supposed to go out for dinner at 6:30 but I got a couple drinks and said screw it and I probably did 10 shots or so and it was curtains!
