It's so cold here at the moment, and I can definitely feel the sniffles coming on! I have a bit of a sore throat too. I haven't really been ill at all this winter, and I rarely get the flu, although I do get colds every winter.

So, have you been ill at all, or do you escape the winter sniffles? If so, what do you do to keep healthy? I take a daily multi-vitamin.

My sister was suffering pretty badly from the flu last week, so I hope she hasn't passed it on to me!

^ This Winter has been a welcome break from illness for me after Winter 2006/7. Although nearly everyone I speak to at work has either been full of cold or that sickness virus. I keep thinking its only a matter of time before it gets to me, working with the general public means you are constantly exposed to germs!

I have been, luckily nothing major though. I have had a blocked up nose, sore throat and headaches really.

Pretty much most people I know have been ill, its been quite mad.

I could feel something on the way yesterday too but I successfully managed to beat it back with three packs of Strepsils, Lemsip and Soothers. I always get bad colds at winter and sometimes the flu but I can bounce back fairly quickly too.

I had a small cold just before Christmas, and now it's started up again. I have a pesky cough that is keeping awake most of the night, so now I'm tired and grumpy too.

I've been ill this winter but it's all been hang overs.
I've pretty much steered clear of colds and man flu so far (fingers crossed).

Since I have doubled my weekly exercise I haven't been sick at all, I don't know if that's affected me or just a coincidence. No doubt I will get a cold today!

So far, I've not been ill at all. Now I feel that I must go and stock up on Lemsip and tissue because I'm sure I'll have jinxed myself and a HUGE cold will rear it's ugly head in the next few days.

Our whole house has been poorly over the last week.
We have a delightful hacking cough and poor cara keeps vomiting up phlegm which is lovely. Unsurprisingly she is at the doctors tomorrow.

It has probably been almost half a year since I was really sick (knock on wood) I do tend to get a sick feeling every Sunday morning but I think that is my own doing!

I have even avoided the dreaded man cold but I can feel one coming on all the time!

Penny try being so ill you can just about walk about on your birthday.Always ill on my bliming Birthday! You can't taste your favourite food and the only thing on your mind is exams and you miss a week of revision it's hard to get back on track. Even revised on xmas to cacth up, mind you nothing better to do.Not only that but i have been soo tired it's unbelivable considering how sporty i am.

Had blocked sinuses the other week but that usually happens every couple of months.

Although i have a sore throat now thats been getting progressivly worse since Saturday.
