I am sick of the weatherHonestly I have never known it rain so much as it has this last 12 months, its desperately miserable at this time of year but the weather is making it worse. Is it time to build an ark do you think?
I've just looked on Metcheck and we have yet another weather warning for today of rain/flooding and gales 
Whats it like everywhere else?

Chucking down with rain but the howling wind has thankfully stopped and the temperature is not too bad which is another bonus.

it's rained all week, roads have been closed and the river's looking high. I anticipate further problems later in the week when the water hits the river in York from the hills as that's where we usually get the problems.

It hasn't rained here much, just been ridiculously cold and windy.

We haven't had torrential rain here, just a steady drizzle/flow for the past couple of days. It has been bloody cold though.

It was pretty torrential when it tried to drown me on my way to work on Tuesday morning!!! Lol.
The fields are all flooded again, one of the main routes out of Hornsea has been closed again, and a lot of the houses in the area in general that got flooded badly last summer have now flooded again. Some people's homes had only just dried out and they hadn't even had chance to move back in yet!

Another weather warning today about the rain, when will it stop arghhh! Its just so miserable out there and depressing. I can't imagine how awful it must be for people who are vulnerable to flooding, everytime a weather warning like this goes out it must be a nightmare.

Today has been: rain rain rain rain rain rain rain, and a bit of rain. Then to top it all off my mate at work, V, got a text of her mother-in-law who's in Spain which said one simple but soul destroying word..... scorchio! The bitch!
