So are there any new albums coming out soon that you cant wait for?

For me personally there is nothing coming out soon that I've thought to myself that I must get but I'm sure the rest of you must be waiting for something!

One album came out yesturday. Lightspeed Champion- Falling Off The Lavender Bridge. Need to buy it on Thursday and having heard it on MySpace it sounds like a brilliant album.

Also, Foals release Antidotes in March and that should be a good album judging by their singles released so far.

Market Harbour by Ginger from The Wildhearts should be worth a listen.

I'm really looking forward to Goldfrapp's new album, the latest single is a change in direction but I like it as much as their older stuff!

I think it's out next month.

The latest album by The Kills - 'midnight boom' - is definitely worth a listen.

I'm really looking forward to the new Yeah Yeah Yeahs album too, but that won't be out for a while yet.

The Pigeon Detectives album (Emergency) came out about 2 weeks ago….I was so excited for it haha and its really good!
The Fratellis new one comes out on Monday I think which I’m looking forward too as I love their new single.

^ Yeah, can back you up on the pigeon's one, it is brilliant, i think it is better than their first, which is some feat!!!

Futureheads also came out couple of weeks ago, and is also worth a listen, very upbeat and uplifting.

Couple more i really want. . .fratellis (out today, contemplating wether to go town) and kids in glass houses have a new one out, they sound different and upbeat too.

Has anyone heard 'The last shadow puppets' album?

I really like 'Age of the Understatement' - was wondering if the rest of their stuff is any good?

^ oooh yeah, the album is pretty good, some of it is a bit samey, and the songs are generally pretty short, but the music is good, very different from Alex Turner's normal stuff for the monkeys, but yeah, it is good i do recommend it, but it is not like a must have, just a good album. If that helps at all. . .

Ooo....I havent listened to any of their songs yet but Ive heard that they are pretty good and apparently better than the Arctic Monkeys?

It's about 2 months old so sort of new is Stainless Style by Neon Neon who are a duo of Super Furry Animals lead singer Gruff Rhys and an L.A. DJ called Boom Bip.

It's like electro, rap, funk, 80's porridge and I play it all the time lol.

Who would have thought a concept album about the life of John Delorean could be catchy!

Saw a band called Black Stone Cherry on the TV the other night. Got a good southern rock vibe going on.

My friend just told me about this band - Cruel Black Dove.
