Middlesbrough have a tricky opener at home to Tottenham. Not the easiest way to start the new season but hopefully Alves will start banging in the goals.

Another tricky one for Sunderland at home to Liverpool.
We need to buy a proven goal scorer before then, Kenwyn Jones is borderline to be fit this year!!! So whilst we have a lot of strikers on the books they are all shit and we are desperate for quality!

I think that has a draw written all over it. Not the easiest of matches but could have been worse too I guess.
Funky you have to like Newcastle's draw @ Old Trafford. They should be at the foot of the table considering their recent success v Manure

I don't think they will get any change out of that one what so ever! I know I'm biased but I think Newcastle aren't going to be able to freshen up the team as much as Keegan would like and they will suffer this season.  please please please

^ I agree about Newcastle. Alot of their fans are pretty warped in their views (Spurs too have their share I should say) I really don't see the quality that they all think they have at St. james? Especially in midfield. 9 out of 10 times they will get outplayed in midfield, their best performer there was Nicky butt last year and he is what like 43 now? and Barton?

Hull away is hopefully and pretty much 3 points in the bag. Then we have Arsenal and Utd. Frustratingly, we have Bolton yet again in the first 5 games for like the millionth season running.
Targeting 6 points from those 4 games really.

Stoke at home first off. . .couldn't have asked for an easier draw to be honest, except from maybe Hull, but watch us mess it up and lose trying to defend a draw. . .!!!
