Paul Ince makes history again!Paul Ince has once again made history by becoming the first Black manager to feature in the Premier League after taking over Blackburn.
After pitting his wits in the lower leagues to learn the craft of management from the bottom up he has earned the right to take on the very best in the game.
He made history in his playing career by becoming the first Black player to become captain of the England National team.
So guys do you think he will be a successful manager?
I wish him all the best and considering he has conquored the lower leagues he's earned the right and i hope he can transgress that success to the Premier League!!!

Yeah, I think he'll do ok. Michael Laudrup was rumoured for the job too - wouldn't have minded seeing him there.

I think he'll do well. He's gone about his task the right way, learning his trade in the lower leagues not just leaping straight into the top flight like so many others including Gareth Southgate at the Boro.

Never let it be said that I'm a pedant but I feel I need to be pedantic!
Ince will be the first UK BORN black premiership manager. A certain footballing legend Jean Tigana managed Fulham a few years back.
As for Ince I think he could be a great appointment as Lou said he has got his hands dirty in the lower leagues and whilst this is a huge step up I think he will cope!
You never know the Guv'nor might yet make another record by being the first black England manager!

I hope he does well but it is hard to tell how he will adjust to life in the EPL, a far cry from League 2. Still as yall have mentioned I think it is better than trying to start off your career at the top flight. Problem for him is I don't know how much quality Blackburn will have left? Losing some good players it appears and Hughes always had to perform miracles on a small budget.
