QPR promotion?Well as some of you know I have a real soft spot for QPR always have don't really know why but I was pleased when the F1 crew bought the club and now they are backing up their talk with splashing some serious cash into the squad. As it stands now they are only 9 points back of Ipswich for the last playoff spot. Just shows how compelling the Championship is this season. So many teams within a shout of promotion and relegation.
So is it too late for QPR with their new reccruits? Also feel free with who you feel will finish in the playoff spots.
I would say Charlton, Stoke, Palace and Ipswich would be my prediction right now with West Brom and Watford for automatic.

I rekon they will be a proper force next season, they are like a premiership team though aren't they? The money they are backed with( i'm in a mood about money as you could tell from the liverpool posts probably lol) i guess the players might need time to gel and are they the right ones? I mean we could easily go out and buy loads of players but partnerships need to be built, a proper first team needs to be established. West Brom and Watford for promotion, play offs - Bristol City,Charlton,Stoke and Palace.
What a difference from start of the season, Palace and Bristol city were likely to be facing the relegation battle eh? This league is less unpredictable, don't think id stand a chance predicting these scores lol.

As far as money to spend they are now on par with Chelsea. lol I know you like the Championship sandz and honestly I have followed it even more this year than in the past. It has been a joy to watch. So unpredictable.
Palace's revival with Warnock is one of the most amazing things I have ever seen. He is also doing it the right way too, giving youngsters a chance and they are thriving.

I think this is just a flash in the pan to be honest. The new owners dont seem interested in paying off their ground, which is £8 Million. That wouldent fill me with hope if I was a QPR fan. Also, their signings have been pretty poor-Agyemang for example was never a regular starter in the Preston side.
Next season will be make or break I think for them, if they dont make the right signings and if they fail in their promotion bid then I think that the new owners might lose interest.

Thing with QPR is they cannot spend more than the earnings the club accures unless they get a huge sponsership deal. This is the same problem Darragh McAnthony had at Peterborough (which is why i know first hand) so they have to sort something out which will enable them to spend more money and of coursae make it legal
