Save BanguraI am sure most everyone has seen this story regarding Al Bangura of Watford. I am appaled the government has come to this decision, hopefully the appeal has common sense come to the forefront!
Here is a site where you can sign a petition and read the back story of Bangura.

I have signed the petition Bry, lets hope something can be done to help him stay here! The guy isn't sponging off the state in handouts, he is paying tax.

I signed and wrote the following:
In my eyes it is totally unjust to send a young man to certain death, in any circumstances. To my knowledge, the Home Office offers refuge to those who are in significant danger should they return home - well how much more dangerous can you get?
Although I am unable to vote, yet, I have always been a Labour supporter and would certainly vote for their candidates when I am entrusted with the suffrage. However, if a Labour controlled Home Office is willing to send a tax-paying law-abiding young man in fear for his life, to his death. Then that is not a party I would feel I'd be able to support.
Therefore, I implore the powers at be - allow Al Bangura to stay in the United Kingdom, allow him to stay as a refugee and ultimately, allow him to stay alive!
I trust that you will do the right thing!

Thank God for that! I could not believe the original decision but at last the right conclusion has come to light.
