Shows that got cancelledK, to go with Penny's thread about shows you've given up on, are there any that you really enjoyed that got cancelled?
I loved watching Angel and was gutted when they cancelled it, right on a cliffhanger too. And then there was one called John Doe that had Dominic Purcell in it. It was great and again was cancelled at the end of the series on a cliffhanger. I really hate it when tv companies do that

^ I hated it when they cancelled Redcap with tamzin Outhwaite and Ultimate Force with Ross Kemp. Both great shows and should have carried on!

I was gutted when My So-Called life was scrapped after one season. Its one of my favourite shows to this day - all one season of it! Also The Secret Life of us, which got cancelled after four.

I was gutted when a programme called In Justice was cancelled it had Kyle MacLaughlin in it from Sexand the city and was about them fighting for justice for people who claim they were wrongfully in prisioned. It was based on the real crusade by the freedom fighters.
Maclaughlin was a lawyer who worked on all the new evidence collected by a detective team he worked with. There were two teams within the one and was funded by Maclaughlins character.

I was also gutted when Angel was cancelled, especially given the way the season ended!! When Farscape was cut too I was not a happy bunny because that ended on a right cliffhanger as well, but they managed to redeem themselves a little while later by doing 2 part mini-series The Peacekeeper Wars, which wrapped it all up nicely.

I really enjoyed the shows Vanished and Invasion and they both got clipped in the first season. I think I am forgetting a few more Penny may remember.

Invasion was brilliant and a crime that it was cancelled. John Doe was probably the show I was most disappointed when it got canned. It was a really quirky show with Dominic Purcell but Joss Whedon's Firefly ran it a close second.

Six Degrees!
I wasn't so bothered about Invasion as I thought it got a bit silly midway through the season, but I do lament the demise of Vanished.

Futurama was another great show cancelled before it's time but joy of joys, idly browsing the Play website the other day and found that Matt Groening has released a feature length Futurama episode on DVD with the original cast and has several more episodes lined up for future release.
In your face FOX. Futurama lives.

Oh my how could I forget that one! That is honestly the one I miss the most. It was so well written.

When I was younger I was gutted when Saved by the Bell:The College Years got cancelled.
Although they did make a Wedding in Las Vegas episode to round it all off, it still didn't wind up the series - they had lots more that they could have done with the show (or so I thought at the time)

Oh, I have another one - Hex. Anyone remember that? It was a bit silly at times, but was on the same night as Dream Team, so I always watched it.
