United make counter-bid for Real duo.The Ronaldo rumors have really been heating up over the last few days. Does this mean he is on his way out of Old Trafford? I was sure he would stay on for another season. Now, I'm not so sure....

Ronaldo seems determined to quit Old Trafford for the Bernabeu this summer but United have so far been adamant they are not prepared to sell.
However, Madrid-based sportspaper Marca now claims the European champions have confirmed an interest in taking Spain right-back Ramos and Brazil forward Robinho, which could open the door for Ronaldo's exit.
Both players have played an integral role in Real's back-to-back La Liga title wins but have yet to agree new, improved contracts.
Robinho confirmed two weeks ago he would consider a move to Manchester and now Ramos' agent, Pedro Bravo, claims to have received an offer for his client from Old Trafford.
Bravo has reportedly discussed the offer with Real sporting director Pedrag Mijatovic, who is co-ordinating any deal for Ronaldo. |

He is loving all of this the cheeky bastard. Did you hear his quote after the game yesterday? He said somthing like " I really like playing in a white shirt".....for Portugal that is as he laughs.
United fans are in for a rude awkeining though if they think Robinho can replace Ronaldo the two aren't in the same league.

Yeah,I did. I thought it was funny though. He's very cheeky. I don't want to like him, but I've come round to him recently. Especially whenever he takes his jersey off!

^ I wonder if SAF chuckled at that one? Some say he won't stand for this from Ronaldo but I think he is a big softy often times with players...especially those who win him trophies.
My sister thinks he is hot too, she doesn't even watch football but texted me today when Portugal plays next. lol

As talented as Ronaldo is no one player is bigger than the club and if he is intent on leaving then get rid and pocket the money. Tbh Ronaldo went down in my estimation when he got Rooney sent off while playing for Portugal.
In some ways Ronaldo had a good season because he stayed injury free throughout, it won't be long though before someone wants to make a name for themselves and take him out with a flying tackle.
I missed it when he said that about a white shirt, amusing really, I'll bet Ferguson is blowing a fuse at the moment.

I think Ronaldo is in for a rude awakening if he does sign for Madrid. Granted the club has won back to back La Liga titles but nothing less than Champions League glory will satisfy their fans and he will be under immense pressure to deliver the goods every time he pulls the shirt on.

You see during the last few years i've grown up and realised don't beleive anything unless quoted, i bet the interviewer said " So do you like the away kit of Portugal?" But that hasn't been stated has it? So that comment is laughable, id make our away kit white just to be funny. I don't want Robino, id take Sniejder and Ramos. Rumors are Fergie will go if Ronaldo goes, well let me take charge i been immense on Fifa haha.
Ian Wright, yes the former Gunner is disgusted with his attitude towards us, now i see it two ways. Either it's all press and he's just fed up with the speculation or he genuinly is undecided. I don't know if he will go, his mum and brother says he staying this year for definate maybe in 1 or 2 years, which i will happily accept, but his sister rekons this summer could be it.
If he goes, he goes, we move on we put Nani on right wing with Giggs or Park on the left, buy a top out and out goalscorer. Stam,Beckham,Van nisterooy,Keane all left yet we've come out on top, the only person who everyone will be devestated once he leaves is SAF. He's been there 4 years before i was born so he is all i've known.
Will Ronaldo stay or go? I don't think he will yet, if thats our decision or his decision i think maybe in 2 years than he might go. I think he will make a mistake leaving at this stage, if he has any common sence he owes it to Fergie, we could have easily sold him after his euro antics. He knows the number 7 and the meaning behind it, he won't be a legend if he goes now, a great player yes but not a legend and i think he wants to be a legend for united and he wont stay at Madrid for13 years will he?
If he does go he goes, i'm not going to cry or hate him i'm not that immature any more and i could understand if it's the team who he supports but i will be gutted and if he was to fail like Henry,Beckham i wouldn't be gutted for him.
