What did you do with the Turkey leftovers?Did anybody do anything special? I had great plans to make a Turkey Stroganoff, but my brother devoured nearly all the leftovers on Christmas night while watching the Soaps. I have never seen sombody eat so many sandwiches! I did have a few myself too, though. Usually our turkey lasts longer than that - next year we'll have to get a bigger one!
So, what did you do with your leftovers, and how long did your turkey last?

My family still has turkey today :-S
So today for breakfast I had a turkey sandwich, it did not do wonders for me though as I feel really sick!

^ I cooked ours Christmas morning (Tuesday) and we used the last of the breast meat for baps on Thursday evening when my family came for tea!

Normally we have Turkey Sandwiches for about 15 weeks after Christmas because we have so much grr

Lol normally my dad makes it into a turker curry (its less dry like that) but we didnt get any leftovers this year since we went to my aunts.

It's a welcome contrast to the immense wall of food that is Christmas lunch!

We had leftover sausage and turkey til yesterday. I am sick of both of them now and don't want to see either food again for a looong time! 
I love the cold turkey sandwich with mayo yum!
